Refund Policy
Every Soothe & Soar product is crafted and packaged with intention, care, and quality. Because our ritual boxes contain personal and handcrafted items, we cannot accept returns at this time.
Refunds & Exchanges
We only offer refunds or replacements if:
- Your item arrives damaged, defective, or missing
- You contact us within 7 days of delivery
- You provide clear photos of the damage or issue
Once approved, we'll issue a replacement or store credit within 7–10 business days.
Subscription Cancellations
If you subscribe to our seasonal or monthly ritual box, you may cancel or pause your subscription anytime before your next billing cycle renews. Once a charge has been processed, we cannot issue refunds for that cycle, as your box is already being prepared.
